Packing Up & Moving On!
It's been a whirlwind.
We decided to move to Las Cruces, NM in early December. We flew to our condo in Florida a few days before Christmas to soak up some warmth, to publish and promote my memoir, to prepare the condo for sale, and to attend the Healing Together Conference.
The conference was wonderful and it was delightful to meet so many of you!
We sent our Florida car to NM by transport on Saturday, then flew home to Westport, NY on Sunday to begin the grueling task of packing up years worth of living and years worth of memory.
I can't tell you how excited I am to move to this new part of the country, and I can't tell you how sad I am to be leaving the North Country of the Adirondacks I love so well. I expect to fly to NM on February 26th while my husband begins the journey by car (we have different travel styles, lol!).
All this is to say that you'll be hearing from me less over the next month. Don't worry. You'll be in my heart as I go through this transition. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I will look forward to settling into the Southwestern High Desert so I can have more time to spend with you!
